Alison Boden, Executive Director, Free Speech Coalition
Age verification efforts in the US have been piecemeal, deployed by different states in different ways, with varying degrees of success. Alison will address the challenges these efforts have had on the adult industry and where improvements could be made. This will include a Q&A.

Highly effective age assurance - what does this mean in practice?
Ofcom has set out proposals about age assurance solutions that services who host pornography will need to implement from 2025. Industry panel session: Trust and safety journeys
Panellists from Aylo, Hammy Media and WGCZ
We know that services are at different stages of their trust and safety journeys and that ensuring users are protected from harm is not an easy task. Hear from leading industry figures about their own efforts to implement safety measures on their platforms. Hear about the things that worked and the things that didn’t. The panel will also be talking about the challenges of implementing safety measures, whether that’s cost-related or down to not being given access to the right solutions. Questions to the panel can be submitted in advance.

Presentation from the Revenge Porn Helpline: Access to intimate abuse hash lists
David Wright, CEO and Sophie Mortimer, Helpline Manager, SWGfL
Non-Consensual Intimate Image Abuse can be one of the biggest challenges for sites which allow adult content. The Revenge Porn Helpline is a UK charity supporting victims of intimate image abuse. They run StopNCII.org, a project where users can hash intimate images to stop them being uploaded to websites who partner with the project. David Wright (CEO) and Sophie Mortimer (Helpline Manager) will be talking about how to partner with the project and gain access to this hash list, as well as the work they’ve done with other sites which allow pornography.
16:20 - 16:35
Closing remarks
Anna Lucas, Online Safety Supervision Director, Ofcom
